A complete study on the property management problems faced by the property owners was conducted in the Wong Tai Sin District.  The report was submitted to the related government departments to make some recommendations for the existing building management policies.

A survey on the attitudes and beliefs of facing ethical dilemma in China was undertaken.  A total of 767 out of 1890 questionnaires were received and analyzed.
