| A Student-oriented programme enabling them: |

To possess an in-depth knowledge of Chinese history, balanced with a comprehensive
understanding of world history; |

To gain a historical perspective upon their identity and responsibilities as citizens of Hong
Kong and China in an increasingly globalized world; |

To acquire a range of generic skills for both work and further studies. |

| Minimum Entry Requirements |
| Applicants* must: |
| 1. |
have passed the HKCEE with at least six E grade subjects or above, including Chinese and
English; and
have passed Chinese Language and Culture and Use of English in the Hong Kong Advanced
Supplementary Level ('AS' Level) Examination, plus passing at least one Advanced Level ('A'
Level) subject in Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination in one sitting or equivalent; |

have attained equivalent education standards from overseas countries. |
