| Course Aims |
This course serves to help students to gain a general and basic understanding about the social welfare system as well as various types of welfare services in Hong Kong. Students are expected to develop the ability to critically examine the effectiveness of current social welfare services and the role of the social work profession in meeting the changing societal needs. |
