Course Aims |
Sexuality is an essential part of human behaviour that affects the global functioning of a person
including the person’s gender role
and identity, self-concept, social relationships, and satisfaction of life.
Human sexuality is an introductory course covering a wide range of social
scientific perspectives on sexuality and critically examining some of the
controversial issues through the study of the most up-to-date research. It
also helps counseling students to discuss the matter in a perspective,
comfortable and confident way when they journey into the suffering of their
clients. |
