Course Aims |
This course aims to provide students with a conceptual and theoretical approach to understand the employees’ behavior in the organization. It facilitates students with the knowledge and skills required to diagnose different behavioral situations, and the necessary techniques in influencing and controlling the behavior of employees in the achievement of individual and organizational effectiveness. |
