Course Aims |
This is a three-credit semester
course. The course introduces to students a most recent trend in the field of
psychology. Being a relatively new science of human strengths that helps to
move psychology away from the long-existing pathological model, positive
psychology has its own merits and utility in various domains such as
education, counselling, business, etc. This course will cover topics selected
by the teacher regarding positive human strengths and potentials such as
optimism, hope, subjective well-being, gratitude, etc. |
