JOUR 330 Radio News Reporting  
(pre-requisite: Jour. 221-2 News Reporting and Writing in Chinese)

This course aims at providing students with basic and practical knowledge of radio news production.
This course will demonstrate the complete concept of radio news, from initiating a news idea to running radio news bulletin. The basic skills of interviewing, writing scripts, editing and producing news programs will be taught in class. Topics such as interviewing techniques, all types of reporting, script writing, feature writing, editing, voice training and news reading will be covered.
