宿舍文康大樓內之行為守則
Rules of Residential and Amenities Complex
|
- 宿生 /學生 /職員 /校友進入宿舍及使用設施前,需出示有效證件,如住宿證 /學生證 /職員證 /臨時入宿證。
Residents/students/staff/alumni who enter the Hall need to present a valid resident card/student card/staff card/temporary resident card for security check.

- 宿生 /學生 /職員 /校友不可將該證轉讓給他人使用。
Resident/student/staff/alumni cards must not be loaned to anyone.

- 宿生 /學生 /職員 /校友及訪客在宿舍範圍內均須遵循本港法律及本宿舍之規則。
Residents/students/staff/alumni and visitors in Hall premises must observe and obey Government ordinances of the HKSAR and the rules of the Hall.

- 除學生事務處特別安排,任何人仕不可開班及為個別同學 /校友 /職員及訪客作訓練服務。
All business activities or courses are prohibited within the Hall premises except for the office of student Affairs permission.

- 在未獲得宿舍組的允許,在宿舍範圍內不得使用任何攝錄工具及器材攝錄他人。
Video cameras may not be operated in the Hall premises without prior approval from the Hall Management.

- 倘某宿生 /學生 /職員 /校友或訪客的行為或活動,會危及其他使用宿舍及任何設施的人仕,並對其構成滋擾或不便,甚至 毀壞宿舍的任何設施、作出非法及不道的行為,或宿舍經理認為在當時情況下不適宜在宿舍進行活動等,宿舍經理有權即時停止 宿生 /學生 /職員 /校友享用宿舍一切設施的權利,並交由宿舍組處理。
Residents/students/staff/alumni and visitors who danger or cause any nuisance or inconvenience to other users of the Hall or any facilities, cause damage to any property of the Hall, are illegal or immoral, or in the opinion of the manager are unbefitting on the Hall premises may be expelled. In those circumstances, the Hall Manager may expel or exclude residents or guests from raising any of the facilities.

- 在宿舍範圍內不可賭博或作任何帶博彩性的活動。
No gambling or game of chance in any form shall be allowed on the Hall premises.

- 任何宿生 /學生 /職員 /校友 毀壞任何設施,無論是否蓄意,必須負責賠償有關的維修或更換費用。倘若設施遭訪客損毀,則款待訪客的 宿生 /學生 /職員 /校友便須負責償還有關的賠償 。
Residents/students/staff/alumni will be held responsible for the cost of making good any damages caused be residents/students/staff/alumni, whether willfully or accidentally, towards and kind of the facilities or property of the Hall.

- 任何職員有權要求宿生 /學生 /職員 /校友出示本校之證件及訂場證明。
Residents/students/staff/alumni should show a valid admission ticket when he/she uses sport facilities in the Hall.
|
- 嚴禁污穢、不良或粗俗的語言。
Do not use absence, indecent, profane or coarse language.
|
- 不可喧嘩及妨礙他人使用宿舍設施。
Refrain from making any loud noise, nuisance and/or disturbance which may interfere with quiet enjoyment of Hall by others.
|
- 不可隨意在宿舍內亂丟垃圾。
Do not throw or dispose of refuse anywhere in the Hall.
|
- 切勿以任何藉口給予職員任何金錢或打賞。
Do not give any money or gratuity under any pretext whatsoever to any staff of the Hall.
|
- 除非預先獲得學生事務處特別安排,切勿將任何宣傳物料、易燃物品、非法物品、危險品及不雅污穢物品帶進宿舍或在宿舍內展示。
Do not bring into the Hall or exhibit any advertising materials, illegal substance, combustible materials, damaged materials and anesthetic or indecorous matter.

- 任何人仕未獲得學生事務處特別安排,均不得在宿舍內進行募捐事宜。
Do not solicit contributions or donations, unless special approval has been obtained from the Office of Student Affairs.

- 嚴禁進入職員專用地方。
Do not enter parts of the Hall designated for use by staff.
|
- 勿與其他人仕發生爭執。如有人欲投訴其他使用者,應親身或以書面向宿舍經理投訴。
Do not enter into a dispute with other Hall users. If a member wishes to complain about another member, he should address his complaint to the manager either in person or in writing.

- 宿生 /學生 /職員 /校友及其訪客應遵照職員所給予的指示及指導。
Residents/students/staff/alumni should follow the instructions and guidance given by staff from time to time.
|
- 進入宿舍或使用宿舍設施之人仕,均須穿著適當之服裝。
All persons shall be properly attired at all times during their stay within the Hall.

- 宿舍範圍內請勿吸煙。
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all parts of the Hall.
|
- 只穿著泳衣者,只限在宿舍泳池範圍內活動。
No persons wearing a swimming suit will be allowed in the Hall except for the swimming pool.
|
- 在宿舍範圍內不可購買或儲存所有含酒精飲品。
Residents/students/staff/alumni are not allowed to keep consume alcoholic beverages within the Hall.
