本校於教務委員會轄下共設立十個委員會，由教職員及學生參與。當中，學生事務委員會和圖書館管理及發展委員會分別設有三名學生委員；另學生紀律委員會和學生財務委員會各設有學生委員一名，以求增加校政的透明度，提供學生參與校政決策之途徑。每年學生委員選舉將於學期初進行，本校學生皆為該選舉的合法選民，擁有投票、被選、提名及和議之權利。

學生委員之工作： 

各委員會之學生委員在各有關委員會之職權範圍內享有與其他委員的同等權利和義務，包括提議、討論及表決權。學生委員均以學生個人身份出席會議，從學生的角度向委員提供意見，務求各委員會之決策能符合教職員及學生方面的需求。      

學生委員之資格及任期：

學生委員必須為樹仁學院現時在校之註冊學生，各委員會之學生委員任期均為一學年，由選舉結果公布至下一學年選舉新委員為止。

學生紀律委員會

甲.  組織：

副校長、學生事務主任、各系專任教師數名及學生一名組成，任期均為一年，由副校長擔任主席。

乙.  職權：

1.  就與有關事項或突發事件，進行檢討、磋商、改善或建議處理方法；

2.  就個別學生違犯校規之處罰作出決議及執行。

丙.  會期：

由主席按實際情況需要，隨時召開；而每學年最少應舉行兩次會議。

學生財務委員會

本校每年均撥出款項，設立多種獎學金頒予品學兼優之學生，以資鼓勵

甲.  組織：

由學生事務主任、數名專任教師、學生一名組成，任期一年，互選主席一名，連選得連任。

乙.  職權：

1.  以公平合理原則，就獎助學金之申請，作出甄選及最後決定；

2.  對香港政府所提供予學生之經濟資助，得提出意見及協助。

丙.  會期：

由主席按實際需要召開，惟每學年最少須召開兩次。

圖書館管理及發展委員會

甲.  組織：

由圖書館主任、各系專任教師數名、學生三名（每學院代表一名）組成，任期一年，互選主席一名，連選得連任。

乙.  職權：

1.  就現有圖書刊物進行審核，如認為不合時宜者，得加以處理；

2.  擬定發展計劃，分配現有資源，大量採購及籌募各類書籍期刊，務求充實圖書館

，以達相當水準；

3.  對教職員及學生借書違例事件，提供處理意見及協助。

丙.  會期：

每兩個月最少須舉行一次會議，以檢討改善之進度，如有需要，得應圖書館主任之要求，隨時召開。

1.  為本校之學生團體，提供輔導監察；

2.  就學生團體舉辦之活動提供意見及進行審核；

3. 就學生團體或個人辦理之刊物，提供意見及進行審核。

The Academic Board

1.  Membership：

Vice-President, Academic Vice-President, Administrative Vice-President, Associate Academic Vice-President, Dean of Studies, Reistrar, Dean of Student Affairs, Librarian, Department Heads, Departmental Representative and Student representative.

2.  Duty：

1 To plan, develop and regulate the academic courses and programmes of the College and to keep the quality of such courses and programmes under constant review.

2   To review policies and regulations for the admission of persons to programmes of study provided by the College, and their continuance therein.

3 To regulate examinations leading to degrees and other academic awards of the College, to appoint internal examiners and to recommend the appointment of external examiners to the College Council.

4 To approve the appointment of External Programme Assessors and External Academic Advisors.

5 To regulate the requirements for the conferring of degrees and other academic awards of the College.

6 To stimulate the advancement of knowledge by the encouragement of faculty research and publications.

7 To require the withdrawal of any student from the College on academic grounds.

8 To give advice on any matter which may be referred to it by the College Council.

3.  Duration：

Chairman depends on the actual situation and calls the meeting from time to time if necessary. There will be at least two times for the meeting within each academic year.
