Part I Programme for Bachelor of Science / Arts (Honours) in Economics

Aim
The purpose of this programme is to facilitate the transfer of students from Hong Kong Shue Yan University to the second year of the Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Economics programme or Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics programme at the University of Leicester, UK. It is designed to train students in modern eco­nomic analysis and its application to the problems of business and public policy.

Course Structure
The Bachelor of Science / Arts (Honours) in Economics programme is divided into 2 parts. Part I is conducted at Hong Kong Shue Yan University (1 year's studies) and Part II is conducted at the University of Leicester, UK (2 years' studies).

Students who have achieved a Grade Point Average of 2.7 or above, with at least a C in all courses, have obtained a score of 6.5 in IELTS or 4 in HKDSE English Language will be eligible to transfer to the second year of the programme at the university of Leicester.
