After careful consideration as well as consultation with stakeholders, the University has decided to replace all face-to-face teaching with online teaching and assessment with effect from 18 November 2019 until the end of the teaching semester on 13 December 2019. If individual teachers, after consultation with students, wish to employ small-group interactive teaching, the University will provide the necessary assistance to realise such objective. Details of these arrangements will be announced shortly.

1. Application for Academic Transcript

Students should fill in and submit the form provided below to apply for Academic Transcripts from the University. Please note that the processing time is usually 10 working days.

2. Application for Testimonial 

Students should fill in and submit the form provided below to apply for Testimonials. Please note that the processing time is usually 10 working days.

3. Application for Course Outline

Students should fill in and submit the form provided below to apply for the Course Outline. Please note that the processing time is usually 14 working days.

4. Application for Suspension of Study

A student who has completed at least one semester and who has earned a satisfactory assessment result for the semester may, in the case of serious illness with written attestation from a registered medical doctor, or due to any other exigent matter, apply to the Senior Registrar/Registrar for suspension of study IN PERSON for up to one academic year during designated office hours.

5. Application for Withdrawal of Study

If a student wishes to withdraw from his/her programme of study, he/she is required to submit the “Application for Withdrawal of study” IN PERSON and complete the clearance procedures during designated office hours.
