Students who have accepted an offer to the Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Financial Technology via JUPAS are required to complete the registration procedures and settle the remaining balance of the tuition fees for the first semester of 2023/24 academic year and the Indemnity Deposit during the designated period as follows:

Please note that students who have paid the acceptance fees via JUPAS will receive the offer letter together with registration procedures via their email account registered at JUPAS before the date of registration. If you could not receive the afore-mentioned email one day before the date of registration, please check if it has been placed in your junk email folder first. Otherwise, please contact Registry Office by email: reg@hksyu.edu or by phone: 2570-7110 during office hours. 

Before coming to the campus for official registration, students should login to the University Admissions System to do the pre-registration and fill in the online SSSDP form. 

Commencement of 2023/24 Academic Year

First Semester classes begin on 1 September, 2023 (Friday).

Financial Assistance

The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) provides support to the students with family financial difficulties so that they can concentrate on their studies. Orientation Day for 2023/24 Intake

All new students are required to attend “Orientation Programme for New Students” which will be held from 28 to 31 August 2023. You will be notified of the detailed arrangement of the Orientation Day upon completion of Registration

Adverse Weather Arrangements

In the event of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above being hoisted or a Black Rainstorm Warning being in force, the registration will be rescheduled. The details of rescheduled arrangement will be announced via University’s website or Admissions Office website.
