吳宇威講師於 2002 年起獲認許為香港高等法院  講授語言:粵語及英語皆可
律師，專責商業及刑事訴訟執業。吳先生在香港
取得各樣法律有關的學歷，包括法律學士、法律
專業證書、仲裁及解決爭議文學碩士、及法律碩 Criminal Proceedings: A Brief
士。此外，吳先生取得多項專業資格，包括香港 Overview from Arrest to Sentence
仲裁師學會資深會員、及亞洲解決爭議學院院
士。吳先生亦獲委任為香港國際仲裁中心名單仲
裁員、及吉隆坡區域仲裁中心名冊仲裁員。 This talk is an overview of the different essential stages of the whole
criminal proceedings. This will cover:-
1 Investigation by the police
Mr. Magnum Ng has practised as a solicitor since Cautioned statement
2002. He obtained Distinction award in both of his
Master of Arts in Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Bail and detention
(MAArbDR) and Master of Laws (LL.M). Magnum is 2 Basic legal rights of the arrested person
a practicing solicitor in criminal and commercial The rights to remain silence
litigation practice. Magnum is a fellow member of Presumption of innocence
Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (FHKIArb) and 3 Commencement of criminal proceedings;
Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution Charging the arrested person
(FAIADR). He has been included in the List of 4 First appearance in court and the adjournment;
Arbitrators of Hong Kong International Arbitration Mention and Plea
Centre since 2010, and the Panel List of Kuala
