Hong Kong Shue Yan University has been commissioned by the Education Bureau of the HKSAR to provide a series of professional development courses for teachers addressing students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) during the 2024/25, 2025/26, and 2026/27 academic years.
The three thematic courses for the 2024/25, 2025/26, and 2026/27 academic years are: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Mental Illness (MI).
We are honored to extend an invitation to you to attend our upcoming event on 21 January 2025. The symposium aims to foster collaboration between families and educational institutions, emphasizing the importance of care and inclusion in nurturing students' holistic development.
This seminar features special guests including Ms. Chan Man Yee (Life coach), Ms. Yan Kin-foon, Alice (Principal of Shau Kei Wan Government Secondary School), and Ms. Sung Yee Ki (SENCO of Sir Ellis Kadoorie Secondary School (West Kowloon)) for a professional sharing session aimed at collaboratively creating an inclusive campus and emotionally healthy families.
