


HKSYU Office of Student Affairs organized the “Wellness Fest” at Mrs Dorothy Koo and Dr Ti Hua Koo Plaza to promote physical and mental wellness, and a healthy lifestyle of staff and students.
The event featured 15 booths and was organized under three themes: physical fitness, healthy lifestyle and mental wellness information. Several senior members attended, including Dr. HU Fai-chung, Deputy President; Dr. Jason Chow Tak-sang, Vice President (University Administration); Professor Catherine Tang So-kum, Vice President (Graduate School); Dr. Wong Ka-ki, Associate Academic Vice President (Teaching and Learning Development); Ms. Sophia Yip Sau-yin, Associate Vice President (Student Affairs); Dr. Wendy Lui Chit-ying, Assistant Academic Vice President; and Dr. Kaman Lee Ka-man, Assistant Vice President.
Ms. Sophia Yip expressed her gratitude to the supporting organizations in her speech and stated that physical and mental well-being for individuals deserve attention. The University hopes to raise awareness among the university community about their physical and mental well-being through this event, encouraging students and staff to build resilience and cultivate healthy living habits.
