BA Department Academic Week 2022: Industry 5.0
The Department of Business Administration (BA Department), Faculty of Commerce of the HKSYU, organizes Academic Week (A-Week) in October every year to connect the practitioners and professionals in various business fields with students and teachers alike to understand more about the changing trends and practices of the business world in reality. On October 17-20, 2022, the BA Department successfully held the Academic Week 2022, on the theme of “Indus try 5.0.”

The final and award ceremony of the HKSYU x YICY Business Proposal Competition 2022 jointly organised by Hong Kong Shue Yan University and Hong Kong Young Industrialists Council - Youth Chapter was held on November 26 at Jockey Club Multimedia Production Centre of Research Complex.

Barry GONG from the Department of Economics and Finance Admitted to Cornell University to pursue a Master of Sciences degree
GONG Yifan Barry (picture above right, with Dr. LEE Shu-kam), from the Department of Economics and Finance, has recently been admitted to the Graduate School of Medical Sciences of Cornell University to study in the programme of Master of Sciences in Healthcare Policy and Research – Health Policy and Economics, which is Barry’s dream come true.
