First Inter-University eBusiness Project Competition Held Successfully in HKSYU
Jointly organised by the eBusiness management courses of the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Commerce of the Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU) and the Department of Information Systems, College of Business of the City University of Hong Kong (City U), the first-ever Inter-University Project Competition was held successfully on 5 January 2022 in our Lecture Theatre RLB303, and the team from HKSYU won the championship.
iFREE GROUP Donated HK$3 Million for Chinese Cultural Legacy Research
Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU) received a donation of HK$3 million from the Chinese Cultural Legacy Research Trust established by Mr. Steven LOKE Kok-kuen, Executive Chairman of iFREE GROUP. A series of research projects on Chinese cultural legacy, including Chinese philosophy, moral education, immigration history, guild and clan culture, traditional food, festivals, architecture, religion and martial arts, are planned to be carried out in the university.

Shue Yan Obtains More Than HK$7.4 Million Research Funding from Research Grants Council
Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU) has been successful in obtaining HK$7.4 million in funding for 10 research projects under the Research Grants Council (RGC)’s 2021/2022 Competitive Research Funding Schemes for the Local Self-financing Degree Sector.

Congratulations to our 1021 graduates in 2021
The 47th Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU) Graduation Ceremony was held from 23 to 24 November 2021, in the Lady Lily Shaw Hall at the university campus. A total of 1,021 students graduated from the university’s bachelor’s degree and postgraduate degree programmes.
