輔導心理學博士畢業生龐力瀚 輾轉最終找到理想
香港樹仁大學輔導心理學博士課程2021年畢業生龐力瀚，於同年11月27日接受《樹仁簡訊》訪問時表示，他曾分別在加拿大修讀經濟學學士課程及日本修讀應用言語學碩士課程，之後返回香港修讀心理學學士課程，最後於香港樹仁大學修讀輔導心理學碩士及博士課程。 「兜兜轉轉修讀了很多課程之後，終於找到最適合自己的東西。」
輔導心理學博士徐澤琛
輔導心理學博士課程應屆畢業生徐澤琛，本科在香港都會大學（前稱香港公開大學）修讀心理學。2014年來到樹仁大學修讀社會科學碩士（輔導心理學）課程，完成作為輔導心理學家的基礎訓練。畢業後經過一段時間的思考，決定要在學術和專業上再進一步，於2016年報讀輔導心理學博士課程。

樹仁首位中文哲學碩士畢業生劉小羽
香港樹仁大學於2021年11月24日舉行第四十七屆畢業典禮，其中中文系首位哲學碩士 （M P h i l）畢業生劉小羽完成修讀了2年的碩士課程。她的畢業論文題目主要探討家庭語言政策， 希望了解家長與子女如何推行第二語言教育。
心理學哲學碩士黃兆星
黃兆星的畢業論文以情緒管理與夢境之間的關係為主題。他接受《樹仁簡訊》訪問時表示，他在研究中發現，人如果能有效地管理其負面情緒，可降低負面情緒的強度，從而使引發負面情緒的事件在夢中出現的次數減少，做惡夢的頻密程度也會降低，反之，情緒管理較差的人發惡夢的次數會相對較高。
Launching Event of “Development of Online Teaching, Held Jointly by HKSYU and Three Self-financing Institutions Learning and Assessment Solutions”
Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU), together with three partner institutions, including Caritas Institute of Higher Education (CIHE), Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (CBCC) and UOW College Hong Kong (UOWCHK), has successfully obtained $22.65 million from the government’s Quality Enhancement Support Scheme (QESS) to develop a three-year “Development of Online Teaching, Learning and Assessment Solutions” project. The launching event of the project was held at HKSYU on 10 November 2021.
