HKSYU Promotes Diversity and Inclusion Through Two-Day Multicultural Event

The International and Greater China Student Support Office of Hong Kong Shue Yan University organised a two-day event, “Cultivating Diversity, Co-creating a Caring Shue Yan Campus”, on 28 and 29 October 2026. Through exhibitions, interactive games, workshops and multicultural activities, the event promoted diversity and inclusion on campus, helping staff and students gain a deeper understanding of people from different backgrounds and cultures.

Alumnus Trevor Lee Embodies the Spirit of Giving Back

Trevor Lee, an alumnus of the Department of Journalism and Communication at Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU), graduated in 2013 and has since built a distinguished career in the television news industry. Over the past decade, he has served as a reporter, news anchor, and host of public affairs programmes. Inspired by the selfless dedication of the University’s late founders, Dr Henry Hu Hung-lick and Dr Chung Chi-yung, Trevor has continually reminded himself to strive to become a pillar of society and to contribute to the community to the best of his ability.
